About Andrea:

Hey my name’s Dre and I’m a full time visual strategist & designer!  I’m a graduate of the school of life, with a minor in lofty dreams and a major in dysfunctional independence.  I’ve learned most of what I know through an arduous process known as ‘learning the hard way’ (I bet you’re an alumni too, huh?!)I use all of the above to help solopreneurs create a vision for their voice.

“I help them create visual content that conveys their passion, purpose, personality and voice.  I love helping newbies, solopreneurs and small business entrepreneurs at my blog: The Branded Solopreneur, where I deliver content focused on strategies, tips, resources and tools for branding, design and visual marketing mastery.”

I’m all about building relationships, starting meaningful (and entertaining) conversations and connecting with other salt of the earth types that share my love of humor and entrepreneurial ventures. I believe magic can happen over a virtual happy hour (bottoms up!) and I haven’t found a better place than G+ to do just that!

Tough Love Time: These days people have a disjointed sense of why branding and visual marketing is so important, so I feel obliged to set the record straight! Here’s the thing…if your brand is instantly recognizable you won’t need to create all that noise on social media.

Best Advice:

The best advice I can give you to get you started is to 1.) Define your branding guidelines to create a consistency and cohesiveness in your content 2.) tackle one social platform at a time 3.) invest your time in learning the idiosyncrasies of that platform 4.) consistently create and engage in meaningful and valuable conversations AND 5.) personalize your content to that platform.  If you follow this recipe you’ll be amazed at how quick you gain traction!

Let me break it down: 90% of the information our brains process is visual.  Soooo, it’s no surprise that online success REALLY boils down to…a pause. You need to move people in a way that intrigues them enough to want to learn more. You need to be that moment that catches their attention. That “thing” they stop long enough to take notice of. And what is it that’s causing them to pause?

You guessed it, visual content! Circle me and become a member of the Solopreneur Society to get a free copy of ‘A Solopreneur’s Quick & Dirty Guide To Branding’, along with tips on how to create wildly successful visual content and learn how to leverage that content to propel your brand recognition and success online. Your success will thank you for it.

If your suffering from ‘holy cr*p this branding shiz is over-friggin-whelming’…I’ve got the medicine to cure even the most wicked case. Enter…my one-on-one Branding Mentorship!
